In 1960, Texins Association secured a lease on property on Lake Texoma to establish the 104 acre complex that is today the Texoma Club. The property is located just 75 miles north of TI's expressway site on the Preston Peninsula of Lake Texoma. The property is maintained by a full-time manager in residence on site.

Swimming Area (no lifeguard)

 Boating - two launching ramps, two floating docks (boat rental not
        included)

Fishing (screened fish-cleaning house)

Horseshoes, volleyball, and softball

Children's playground

Pavilion with table seating for 120 people

Camping - 37 camp sites complete with a concrete table, electricity and 
      water

Shelters - two fully enclosed (screened windows and door) shelters
      complete with internal and external lighting, water, picnic table, barbecue grill,
      electrical outlets, and ceiling fans

Dry boat storage - two stall sizes available on site for boat storage

Texoma Club Access
Club Membership is available for $150 per year. Complete application and submit with payment to "Texins Texoma Club, 137 Gateway Rd, Pottsboro, TX 75076".  Call the Resident Manager, (903) 786-3783 for questions.  Gate card will be issued for access to the property.

Camping - Club members may use the property for camping on one of the 37 property camp sites. Rates:  RV trailers are $22/day ($25/day Holiday Weekends), Tents are $15/day ($10 extra for each tent), Shelters (air conditioned) are $35/day.  Fees are collected by the resident manager daily. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Ownership of Cabins/Trailers
For those desiring year-round accommodations, permanent camp sites (individually held lots) are available. These lots have a $650 annual fee, which includes water (Not Lot Lease). Normally ownership requires the purchase of any existing improvements (cabin, mobile home, septic system, etc.) from the previous leasee of a lot to acquire the right to lease it.
