We will achieve our vision by-

Creating strong coordination and commonality of purpose among the Texins Association Clubs, the Texins Activity Centers through Health Fitness Corporation, and the employers of our club members, with particular focus on Texas Instruments, our founding company.

Providing effective communication through which our club members can maintain ongoing contact both within their clubs and with other clubs.

Providing promotional marketing resources through which our clubs can attract and retain new members.

Opening up the membership eligibility for our clubs without restriction to employer companies or location.

Providing a 501-c non-profit status, administrative support, centralized accounting and control for income and expense reporting, periodic auditing, financial support for new club start-ups and current club expenses, legal assistance and liability protection.

Annual Meeting

The Texins Association Clubs annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in conference room 1 & 2 at the Dallas Texins Activity Center located on the North campus of the Expressway site.
