First Team Intersite Eligibility Rules 2006-2008

Intersite First Team Eligibility Requirements and Rules

1)  All eligibility requirements must be met one week prior to the scheduled start of the tournament. 

2)  All players must have a minimum of 10 scores on file with the handicap chairman.  

3)  Full participation in at least three of the current year’s events with a minimum of two that result in posted 18-hole tournament scores for the player  (i.e. Individual Medal or Best Ball formats).

    The two intersite qualifier rounds do NOT count towards the required events. In other words you MUST have played in the three tournaments PRIOR to the Intersite Qualifiers. There is NO exception to this rule.

4)  Participation in both of the Intersite Qualifier rounds.

     Members who do not meet the eligibility conditions for the Intersite may still complete in the Intersite Qualifier rounds and may still complete for the other prizes in the tournament (gift certificates and Outstanding Golfer Award points).

5)  The Intersite team will be filled in the following order from players that played in both Intersite Qualifier rounds:
                 a) Net player from executive committee (preceding rules do not apply to the executive committee)
                 b) Two low gross players
                 c) Five low net players

 6)  Before the start of the tournament, the Executive Committee reserves the right, through majority vote, to waive any of the eligibility requirements except for #3 when extenuating circumstances dictate.
